Two Step Authentication

Ok so i am a level 90 OSRS GP and have around 9m-9.5m after being scammed of 600k (Long story) but i want a santa hat ASAP and was looking for what is the fastest method to earn money from a F2P. To earn around 700k, I'm currently melting 6k and 12k metal into 6k steel. Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

So I'm planning to purchase myself an RS membership. As this is my first month, I have a few general questions I'd like to know the answers to. What kind of shield do you need? I'm kinda with a budget of 500k. Any suggestions are welcome.

I've seen mems in F2P worlds wearing backpacks. I find these really interesting. What are they called? How much are they worth and/or what do I need to do in order to obtain it? The first quest I should complete (I want to learn how to use the dragon weapon). I am in love with the sara robe. I was told that high-level monsters must be defeated by the wild arena. Do you think this is a tough monster to beat at my level of 74? Don't be forgetting to inquire about any financial advice and also good places to get my combat lvls trained and other abilities.

What cape should you get? The cape called Skill is a challenge to get. You will need to wait months or risk your life for one. A Fire cap requires high-skills and a lot of money. I can make/buy Ppots. I've got 100 Sharks in my bank. I've got enough cash to purchase crossbows, Guthan's and bolts. I still have six days to go until X'Mas. I still have 134 hours left to complete the cape for the fire.

My aim at skill cape is Woodcutting/Fletching/Cooking. Fletching, Cooking, and Woodcutting are my top skills, but they take quite a long time. I have decent sum of money, however I'd rather not spend 1m if I don't gain anything from it ( I can sell Guthan's and crossbow and use the pots for later use, or sell them, too ).

I've not included them all, but they are members skills. What is the optimal distance between attack, defense, strength levels? A good example is that strength should be at least 15 points higher than defence and attack. Which do you think? I find it hard to believe that the market is all crazy.
