TBC realms. The majority of people moved WOW TBC Gold from Classic to TBC when the expansion came out which left Classic somewhat empty. I'm not sure if the coming Season of Mastery will change this, but it'll definitely bring some life back to Classic.
I was thinking the exact problem, but I'm not sure how to proceed, since I'm in a tense place regarding playing Classic, I want to be able to play with my pals from the past but with all the chaos that occurred during Blizz it feels like enjoying the game but my 15 bucks will go to players who don't pay attention to harassing women and employees feels.. just all levels of fucked.
And I don't say this in an attempt to get involved in the lengthy debate of "did Thrall cheat by using magic?" The truth is that I'm taking a standpoint that the whole affair shouldn't have been fought like it did. Thrall ought not to have to make use of his innate abilities.
The cinematic clearly attempts to frame Garrosh as a complete strength, whereas Thrall being half strength , half magic. So , as the battle drags forward, of course, the stronger and more physically strong would become dominant, causing Thrall to turn to his shaman abilities to be victorious.
This is my thesis. Garrosh is a superior fighter than Thrall. It's hilarious to the point of being absurd.
Their experiences and upbringings are the reason. Thrall lived his entire growing up and teens being trained to be a gladiator for Blackmoore. His entire life was dedicated fighting. Then after he escaped He led a battle against Durnholde which was comprised of numerous fights and raids against the forces of Lordaeron. Also as a quick note that the "Lord of the Clans" did not hesitate to speak out about how much taller Thrall was as compared to regular orcs. The third war followed his victory, which was the war that decided the destiny of the entire world. And in the end he won his people victory as did the night elves and humans. And even faster was the time when the Daelin were able to invade Durotar, prompting Thrall and his men to fight in the war once more. My argument is that Thrall battled and trained his entire life. There were moments when the tyrant wasn't fond of the vanilla WoW or Durotar's creation However, there were also missteps in his life. His life was full of battles and more than anything.
In contrast, Garrosh has almost no prior experience or knowledge to fall back on. Garrosh was raised in an environment of isolation without any major enemy or conflict in place to strengthen him. The ogre tribes moved to Nagrand very recently because the Bladespire have taken over their territory in the north. Although he received training but it is part of the orc's culture to hunt and fight. This is merely an implication. He spends the entirety of TBC doing nothing to help fight the Legion or Illidan. Wrath is the sole time where you can say the proper training was received and buy Burning Crusade Classic Gold exposure to fighting the Scourge. This is due to the fact it was not his full expansion. Saurfang is a legend, but Garrosh's experience of two years is not enough to replace the years of war. He took part in no major battle in Cataclysm too. Like the majority of MoP with the one major battle in which he was a participant in was his death during the Siege of Ogrimmar.
