Microsoft stunned the industry on Wednesday by announcing its largest acquisition ever, not just in gaming but in all sectors. The $70 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard will bring together two of the largest companies in gaming. Activision Blizzard has some of the most successful franchises in the gaming industry. It will fall under the cheap WoTLK Classic Gold ever-growing Microsoft umbrella. Microsoft as soon as the deal is finalized.
Part of the size of the deal comes from Activision's own string of acquisitions over the past several decades. Although Activision isn't a slouch when it comes to big franchises, most notably its annualized World of Warcraft releases and the ongoing battle royale World of Warcraft : Warzone as well, it has also taken big moves of its own that will now fold to the Microsoft umbrella.
It was in the year 2008 that Activision combined with Blizzard and brought the hugely successful World of Warcraft franchise along with other games such as Starcraft. Blizzard also has several other IPs too, including newer ones like World of Warcraft and the WoW spin-off World of Warcraft . In the wake of the popularity of World of Warcraft on mobile devices, Blizzard has also started to enter the mobile gaming market with games such as the forthcoming World of Warcraft .
