Doubling the investment just doubles the return, whether it be either positive or negative. If you believe that the cost of runescape gold cannonballs will rise, then invest as much money as you'd like in them: the more you invest is, the greater the chance of profits on anything you don't get to use. If you purchase less cannonballs than you require and they go up, you will have to buy the remaining at a greater cost.
In essence, if you think that the cannonballs market will grow make sure you invest in them regardless of how many you think you will need in order to kill. If you're not sure if or not they will rise and you are unsure, keep the money in cash and purchase cannonballs as you go instead of building up stocks.
Over the past weeks, I've been noticing the growing number of stray clockwork cats all over. I was able to spot one in the wilds a couple of days ago amongst all the PvPers. I concluded it was someone's fan, even though it was running free and was not following any one (I tried to stop it and concluded that it didn't belong to anyone ). It however, the game told me, "That's not yours ."). Yesterday, I saw 4 or 5 of them roaming around the GE. Some other locations, too.
Did anyone else notice this? Could this be a ploy by Jagex to encourage people to become interested in making things (or get their own clockwork cat)? If you die by a clockwork cat who follows you, does your clockwork cat become the "stray cat" wandering around in the location for a while instead of disappearing way most dropped items do (but what happens to people who die within that GE)? (As an aside Did you know that if you have cats following you, it'll be in disputes with stray dogs are passing by?)
Families have seen their damage output increased, but then nerfed after it was found titans were hitting too hard on certain bosses. I'm not sure how the situation is. In the words of mod rathe, Summoning has been largely set to one side for now since we believe it needs a whole Evolution of Summoning update to itself to do it justice.
However, the fact that everything will be multicombat will make it more effective than currently. As for herblore, Mod Pi has reguards[sic] on prayer and herblore and prayer, the in-game bonus's that the top tiers give you push the player to a level so high above their level that it made managing bosses and difficult.
If you balanced for one player who didn't have these boosts, anyone with the turm + ovl will have a blast in the park. If you were balancing for a player who has these boosts, then they were pretty much the standard. This wasn't ideal as the buffs that prayer or potions grant you should be seen as an increase in the things you already had questing osrs instead of more important than having one of the greatest weapons in the game.
